Not but one week ago, the in-person return for high schoolers in the Winston-Salem Forsyth County School district was scheduled for Jan. 25. Students, teachers and their families either waited eagerly, or dreadingly. However, the school board met this past Friday to vote on whether to uphold this plan, and they elected to delay the return to regular school and remain online until Feb. 1 for freshman Titans, and Feb. 22 for the remaining students.
The Titan’s basketball teams continue playing their season with the boys team sitting at 2-3 and the girls at 5-1 both teams will continue to pursue success seasons.
While basketball is in full swing boys soccer is looking to kick into gear along with boys and girls lacrosse both making their seasonal debuts on Monday.
