FORSYTH COUNTY — The Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) Animal Services Division is proud to work with Fur-Ever Friends of North Carolina and support their annual Share the Warmth event.
Fur-Ever Friends of North Carolina hosts the Share the Warmth event annually to provide dog food, cat food and wood shavings free of charge to pet owners in our community. The Share the Warmth event will be Saturday, Feb. 20, from 10 a.m. to noon at three separate locations in Winston-Salem: the Compare Foods/Family Dollar parking lot (MLK Jr. Drive and New Walkertown Road), the Habitat ReStore parking lot (608 Coliseum Drive), and the Shell Gas Station parking lot (1111 East Sprague Street — the former Shell station shaped like a shell).
As the cold temperatures and, for many of our community members, challenging times continue, help spread the word about this event.
