Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Feb. 22 — Traffic accident, 4400 block of Quail Hollow Road, Clemmons.

• Feb. 22 — Receiving stolen auto from another jurisdiction, 1600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Stolen truck located.

• Feb. 23 — Larceny from building, 3700 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Tenant took appliances belonging to landlord upon eviction.

• Feb. 23 — FCSO — Disturbance/non-criminal, 6200 block of Bingham Ave., Clemmons. Blocked handicapped parking led to argument.

• Feb. 23 — Larceny — all other, 3400 block of Cook Place Dr., Clemmons. Caller reported someone stole items from her apartment.

• Feb. 23 — Traffic accident, 3700 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Feb. 23 — Traffic accident, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Feb. 23 — Drug violations, paraphernalia — possessing/concealing equipment, FCSO violation of auto law — operation violation, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/southbound, Clemmons. Expired registration leads to drug investigation.

• Feb. 23 — Traffic accident, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/southbound, Clemmons.

• Feb. 23 — Traffic accident, 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Feb. 23 — Indecent exposure, 100 block of Westwood Village Dr., Clemmons. Subject exposed himself to female in parking lot.

• Feb. 23 — Communicating threats — intimidation, non-physical, 2000 block of Megan Ct., Clemmons. Threats made to victim over phone.

• Feb. 23 — Police service — non-criminal call for service, 2500 block of Knob Hill Dr., Clemmons. Intoxicated caller stated wife was suicidal.

• Feb. 23 — Breaking and entering without force, 5700 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Suspect took television from inside the home.

• Feb. 24 — Traffic accident, 1900 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Feb. 24 — FCSO police service — information provided, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student sent email to teacher.

• Feb. 24 — Traffic accident, 1100 block of S. Peace Haven Road/Harper Road, Clemmons.

• Feb. 24 — Traffic accident, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Feb. 24 — Trouble with juvenile, 2100 block of Chandler Place Ct., Clemmons. Juveniles were not getting along.

• Feb. 24 — Communicating threats — intimidation, non-physical, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Employees were threatened.

• Feb. 24 — Autobreaking and larceny, 6200 block of James St. Clemmons. Citizen reported wallet was stolen out of vehicle.

• Feb. 24 — FCSO — Fleet vehicle accident, 3700 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Deer was hit.

• Feb. 25 — FCSO — all other offense — animal related, 3700 block of Brookdale Dr., Clemmons. Stray dog, known owner.

• Feb. 25 — Traffic accident, 6100 block of Stadium Dr./Ridgecrest Dr., Clemmons.

• Feb. 25 — Hit-and-run accident, 2200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons, Clemmons.

• Feb. 25 — Traffic accident, 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Stadium Dr., Clemmons.

• Feb. 25 — FCSO police service — welfare check, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Welfare check on subject in distress.

• Feb. 26 — Shoplifting, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Items were stolen from store.

• Feb. 26 — FCSO police service — custody dispute, 6900 block of Morgan Place Dr., Clemmons. DSS took kids from mother and she was trying to get her kids.

• Feb. 26 — Shoplifting, 100 block of Westwood Village Dr., Clemmons. Offenders stole two saws.

• Feb. 26 — Traffic accident, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Feb. 26 — Vandalism, 1200 block of Brookway West Dr., Lewisville. Offender cut tires.

• Feb. 26 — Disorderly conduct, 1200 block of Brookway West Dr., Lewisville. Subject refused to stop yelling out of window.

• Feb. 27 — Indecent exposure, 100 block of Westwood Village Dr., Clemmons. Offender masturbated in a parking lot next to victim.

• Feb. 27 — Driving while impaired, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Brandon. Subject driving impaired following consumption of alcohol.

• Feb. 27 — Driving while impaired, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject operated a vehicle while impaired.

• Feb. 27 — Suspicious person, 6700 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Individual was making strange statement to Walgreens employees.

• Feb. 27 — FCSO police service — fraud, 1300 block of Meadowgate Ln., Lewisville. Unknown individual attempted to use debit card.
