Domestic violence is too common

Domestic violence is a huge issue in our world, as seen by the recent murder of Paula Marie Booth on March 17. According to The National Intimate Partner and Sexual Violence Survey, 1 in 4 women and 1 in 7 men have been victims of severe physical violence by an intimate partner in their lifetime. That is a ridiculously high amount of people. We need to do better, please protect yourself and others and contact the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233 if you see anything.

Think about what Democrats have done

The weather is causing a lot of grief, turmoil and even death in the United States at the present time. I’m sure Democrats are blaming former President Trump for the destruction. Is a third impeachment just around the bend?

That sounds a bit ludicrous, doesn’t it? Just like what’s been spewing out of the mouths of Democrats since before Jan. 6. Trump may not be totally innocent; but he’s not as guilty as Pelosi, Schumer, Waters and other Dems would like us to believe.

We’ve had basically good economy for the last four years — jobs, low gas prices, fewer illegal immigrants, etc. Biden has already eliminated thousands of jobs with one stroke of the pen, with no thought of consequences; gas has gone up; and thousands of untested-for-COVID-19 illegals are waiting at the border. How can our country absorb 3,000-3,500 illegals every day, as was reported on the news? With them comes possibly more crime, more disease and more welfare cases. We’ve been told that they will be front and center for benefits, leaving American citizens, who rightfully should be at the front of the line, to bring up the rear. The Democrats seem to be saying “America be damned! ” All the Democrats want is more voters in the future!

Do your children/grandchildren deserve to pay the piper when they had no say in establishing the price? Think about it. Jot down some of your thoughts and happenings during the Biden-Harris (or possibly Harris only) administration. You might be surprised by what you actually got rather than what you thought you were voting for.
