Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• July 2 — FCSO police service, fraud — 3300 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Caller reported canceled appointment after reservation.

• July 2 — Urinating in public — 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Offender urinated in front of building.

• July 2 — Trespassing — 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Male was trespassed from facility.

• July 2 — Employee injury — 600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Reynolds Road, Lewisville. Deputy got poison oak/ivy while removing tree from roadway.

• July 2 — FCSO, all other offense, animal-related — 1900 block of Conrad-Sawmill Road/Robinhood Road, Lewisville. Stray dog.

• July 3 — Shoplifting — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Unknown suspect stole items from Food Lion.

• July 3 — Found property — 6200 block of Towncenter Drive, Clemmons. Subject left purse in business.

• July 3 — Police service, welfare check — 7000 block of Mason Place Court, Clemmons. Subject called 911 multiple times.

• July 3 — Lost property — 900 block of Cotinus Circle, Lewisville. Caller wished to report that he lost his cellphone.

• July 3 — Dog bites and attacks — 9400 block of Glenn Road, Lewisville. Dog bite.

• July 4 — Police service, assist agency — 3600 block of Harper Road, Clemmons. Subject thought brother was using drugs.

• July 4 — Lost/stolen license place — 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Subject advised he does not know what happened to his license plate.

• July 4 — Possessing/concealing stolen property, driving while license revoked/suspended — 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Located a stolen vehicle.

• July 4 — Police service, assist agency — 8000 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. DWI arrest after accident.

• July 4 — Discharging firearm — 200 block of southbound U.S. Hwy. 421, Lewisville. Shots fired while tubing on Yadkin River.

• July 4 — Death investigation — 8800 block of Harwick Court, Lewisville. Person was found deceased in the restroom.

• July 5 — Vandalism — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect vandalized activity bus.

• July 5 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1900 block of Conrad-Sawmill Road, Lewisville. Caller advised someone was driving a vehicle recklessly on the roadway.

• July 6 — Breaking and entering with force — 9000 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. 

• July 6 — Vandalism — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road,Clemmons. Windows were broken in classroom from rock thrown from outside.

• July 6 — Traffic accident — 6200 block of Towncenter Drive, Clemmons.

• July 6 — Vandalism — 100 block of Meadowcrest Court, Clemmons. Victim’s garage was shot with a BB gun.

• July 6 — Drug violations, paraphernalia, possessing/concealing equipment, FCSO violation of auto law-operation violation — 100 block of  eastbound I-40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Steroids and drug paraphernalia seized pursuant to traffic stop.

• July 6 — Drug violations, paraphernalia, possessing/concealing equipment, FCSO violation of auto law-operation violation — 100 block of  westbound I-40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Marijuana, and firearm seized pursuant to traffic stop.

• July 6 — Found property — 6300 block of Allegacy Way, Clemmons. Subject found wallet in the roadway.

• July 6 — Vandalism — 600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Subject took phone from person recording him resulting in broken phone case.

• July 7 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical, 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Subject threatened to assault deputy.

• July 7 — Larceny from auto — 2600 block of Neudorf Road, Clemmons. Victim had both catalytic converters cut off vehicle by unknown suspect(s).

• July 7 — Traffic accident — 6800 block of Hanesbrook Circle, Clemmons.

• July 7 — Drug violations, CCS-possession/concealing weapons, FCSO violation of auto law-operation violation — 100 block of westbound Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Firearm and undetermined amount of cash seized pursuant to traffic stop.

• July 7 — Hit-and-run accident — 3500 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• July 7 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 1100 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Offender with cognitive issues hit victim with cognitive issues.

• July 7 — Larceny from auto — 6600 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Subject stated license plate and hitch were missing.

• July 7 — Possessing/concealing tax-paid liquor — 100 block of westbound I-40/Harper Road, Clemmons. Subject had an open container in vehicle.

• July 7 — Involuntary commitment, non-criminal detainment, 1000 block of Kinnway Court, Lewisville. Subject destroyed room and has not been on medicine.

• July 8 — FCSO police service, fraud — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Phone scam.

• July 8 — Lost property — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Lost package delivered by UPS.

• July 8 — Disorderly conduct — 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject cussing at victim over money.

• July 8 — Traffic accident — 4100 block of Clemmons Road Clemmons.

• July 8 — Larceny, all other — 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Male subject said trailer and Bobcat skidsteer was stolen.

• July 8 — Trespassing — 100 block of Valleyoak Court, Clemmons. Trespassing on subject’s property.

• July 8 — Trespassing — 5000 block of Peppertree Road, Clemmons. Subject was trespassing on property.

• July 8 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1600 block of Harper Spring Drive, Clemmons. Security cameras tampered with.

• July 8 — Police service, assist agency — 1000 block of Kinnway Court, Lewisville. Subject taken to the hospital by EMS.

• July 8 — Police service, assist agency — 100 block of southbound U.S. Hwy. 421.Williams Road, Lewisville. Assisted NCSHP with vehicle pursuit.

• July 9 — Found property — 5900 block of Loop Road, Clemmons. Keys found in roadway in front of residence.

• July 9 — Police service, assist agency — 2100 block of Hauser Road/Williams Road, Lewisville. Elderly man run off of road morning and can’t remember.

• July 9 — FCSO police service, fraud — 700 block of Fountain Brook Lane, Lewisville. Unknown subject frauded the reporting party of of state.

• July 9 — Larceny from building — 1300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Unknown subject stole victim’s wallet.

• July 9 — Larceny from building, driving while impaired, other liquor law violation — 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired and stole beer.

• July 9 — Vandalism, 8100 block of Riverway Road, Lewisville. Unknown suspect egged victim’s garage.

• July 10 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 3600 block of Spangenberg Avenue, Clemmons. Neighbor was threatened.

• July 10 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Subject assaulted victim at her place of work.

• July 10 — CCW-possession/concealing weapons— 700 block of Tanglewood Park Road, Clemmons. Intoxicated man found with a concealed weapon.

• July 11 — Receiving stolen auto from another jurisdiction — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Stolen vehicle was located unattended in parking lot.

• July 11 — Found property — 8000 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. Knife found in yard.

• July 11 — Drug violations — CCW-possession/concealing weapons — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was in possession of marijuana and carrying concealed gun.
