McHenry to visit Forsyth County

Congressman Patrick McHenry (N.C.-10) will be in Forsyth County for two events on Wednesday, Aug. 4.
At 4 p.m., McHenry will attend the Greater Winston-Salem public policy meeting. At the meeting, McHenry will hear from Forsyth County business and community leaders about the issues important to the Triad. The meeting will take place at West Salem Public House located at 400 S Green Street in Winston-Salem.
At 5:30 p.m., McHenry will present an Assistance to Firefighters — Supplemental Grant check to the Lewisville Volunteer Fire Department. Lewisville is one of 23 departments in North Carolina to receive AFG-S funding to purchase personal protective equipment (PPE) for first responders during the COVID-19 pandemic. The presentation will take place at Lewisville Fire Department’s headquarters station (Fire Station 11) located at 216 Lewisville-Clemmons Road in Lewisville.
