Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Aug. 23 — Paraphernalia, possessing/concealing equipment — 6600 block of Village Point Lake Drive, Clemmons. Suspect possessed marijuana paraphernalia.

• Aug. 23 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 100 block of Hayward Industrial Drive, Clemmons. Business reported subject threatened to shoot up business.

• Aug. 23 — Unauthorized use of conveyance — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Unauthorized use of vehicle.

• Aug. 23 — Traffic accident — 1600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Kenbridge Drive, Clemmons.

• Aug. 23 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown suspect threatened to assault victim.

• Aug. 23 — Suspicious person — 8300 block of Cheval Street, Clemmons. Subject on bicycle looking around someone’s property.

• Aug. 23 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Stray wildlife.

• Aug. 23 — Suspicious person — 6800 block of River Center Drive, Clemmons. Alteration of car rear-ending another car.

• Aug. 23 — Larceny from auto — 400 block of Roller Mill Drive, Lewisville. License plate stolen of vehicle.

• Aug. 23 — Larceny, all other, drug violations — 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Suspect presented declined card to steal merchandise.

• Aug. 24 — Traffic accident — 5300 block of Styers Ferry Road/River Center Drive, Clemmons.

• Aug. 24 — Traffic accident — 6300 block of Idols Road, Clemmons.

• Aug. 24 — Trespassing — 3800 block of Dillon Industrial Drive, Clemmons. Female with a dog would not leave baseball field.

• Aug. 25 — Traffic accident — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Southwest.

• Aug. 25 — Traffic accident — 2200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Aug. 25 — Paraphernalia, possessing/concealing equipment — 4200 block of Clemmons Road/Riverside Drive, Clemmons. Suspect drove vehicle while impaired.

• Aug. 25 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 8400 block of Curraghmore Court, Clemmons. Sick raccoon.

• Aug. 25 — Shoplifting — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect stole cigarettes from store.

• Aug. 25 — Drug violations, paraphernalia possessing/concealing equipment — 400 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Subject had illegal substance in vehicle.

• Aug. 26 — Traffic accident — 100 block of westbound I-40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Aug. 26 — Traffic accident — 6600 block of Holder Road/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Aug. 26 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject refused to leave property.

• Aug. 26 — Hit-and-run accident — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Aug. 26 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Disturbance in hospital lobby.

• Aug. 26 — Traffic accident — 6300 block of Clemmons Point Drive, Clemmons.

• Aug. 26 — Breaking and entering without force, autobreaking and larceny — 8300 block of Riverwalk Drive, Clemmons. Victim stated that her car and house were broken into.

• Aug. 26 — FCSO, all other offense, animal-related — 6900 block of Poplar Ridge Road, Lewisville. Stray dog returned to owner.

• Aug. 26 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1600 block of Hauser Road, Lewisville. Man had verbal altercation with neighbor.

• Aug. 27 — Traffic accident — 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Aug. 27 — Traffic accident — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Aug. 27 — Traffic accident —1500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Aug. 27 — Breaking and entering without force — 5300 block of Frye View Drive, Clemmons. Daughter and boyfriend broke into and entered residence.

• Aug. 27 — Trespassing — 6500 block of La Grande Place Drive, Lewisville. Offender trespassed on property.

• Aug. 28 — Missing person — 6000 block of Claudias Lane, Clemmons. Son left residence.

• Aug. 28 — Larceny, all other — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Ring box stolen out of lady’s hotel room.

• Aug. 28 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 3900 block of Bingham Circle, Clemmons. Man assaulted in the head with handgun.

• Aug. 28 — FCSO, police service, escort — 6300 block of Allegacy Way, Clemmons. Man passed out in his vehicle from drinking at the bar at Applebees and officer gave him a ride.

• Aug. 29 — Indecent exposure — 100 block of Northtrail Road, Clemmons. Indecent exposure at Tanglewood Park.

• Aug. 30 — Police service, assist agency — 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Female located unconscious in a vehicle.
