Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Dec. 20 — Dog bites and attacks — 1200 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Stray cat bite.

• Dec. 20 — Drug violations, paraphernalia, possessing/concealing equipment — 3200 block of Springside Drive, Clemmons. Suspects possessed marijuana and paraphernalia.

• Dec. 20 — Overdose — 4900 block of Terrence Drive, Clemmons. Female took unknown substance.

• Dec. 20 — Police service, welfare check — 3500 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Elderly female found on ground.

• Dec. 20 — Police service, welfare check — 300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Intoxicated person found sitting near the roadway.

• Dec. 20 — FCSO, police service, welfare check — 7800 block of Fair Bluff Drive, Lewisville. Welfare check on older female results in an assist agency for death investigation.

• Dec. 21 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 6300 block of Bingham Avenue, Clemmons. Unemployment fraudulently filed.

• Dec. 21 — FCSO, disturbance, non-criminal — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Customers were upset about service being provided.

• Dec. 21 — Automobile theft — 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Box truck stolen from parking lot.

• Dec. 21 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Anonymous tip in reference to future school shooting.

• Dec. 21 — Vandalism — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Patient broke window of facility, left property.

• Dec. 21 — Shoplifting — 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect took items out of store without paying for them.

• Dec. 21 — Vandalism — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Students vandalized ceiling tiles.

• Dec. 21 — FCSO, locate wanted person — 5100 block of Old Clemmons School Road, Clemmons. Wanted offender located on traffic stop.

• Dec. 21 — Trespassing — 5800 block of Marty Lane, Clemmons. Individuals trespassing.

• Dec. 21 — Lost property — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student lost wallet in bathroom.

• Dec. 21 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Subject was engaging in an argument with the staff.

• Dec. 21 — Suspicious person — 8200 block of Lake Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Unknown subject was seen walking on property.

• Dec. 21 — Resisting arrest, FCSO, violation of auto law-operation violation — 5000 block of Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Offender fled a traffic stop for reckless driving to endanger.
