Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.
• Dec. 22 — Larceny, all other — 7900 block of Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Reporting party stated mail was stolen and mailbox damaged overnight.
• Dec. 23 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 4200 block of Limestone Court, Clemmons. Caller concerned about her phone and strange financial charge.
• Dec. 23 — Driving while impaired — 6300 block of Clemmons Point Drive, Clemmons. Subject was suffering from medical condition that mimicked impairment.
• Dec. 23 — Dog bites and attacks — 200 block of Brookside Drive, Lewisville. Cat bite.
• Dec. 24 — FCSO, fleet vehicle accident — 300 block of Tanglewood Park Road, Clemmons. Security vehicle sideswiped vehicle while backing.
• Dec. 24 — Found property — 5900 block of James Street, Clemmons. Wallet turned into the fire department.
• Dec. 24 — Larceny from auto — 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Catalytic converters stolen from vehicles.
• Dec. 24 — Police service, assist agency — 700 block of Bouzeke Court, Lewisville. Assist agency.
• Dec. 25 — Vandalism, trouble with juvenile — 6800 block of Orchard Path Drive, Clemmons. Subject said two juvenile girls scratched her car with rocks.
• Dec. 25 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 100 block of Covington Place, Lewisville. Suspect opened the car door into an unlocked car and stole a credit card.
• Dec. 26 — Dog bites and attacks — 4900 block of Salem Glen Boulevard, Clemmons. Dog bite.
• Dec. 26 — Rabies exposures — 4800 block of Hearthstone Road, Clemmons. Bat found in house.
• Dec. 26 — FCSO, police service-fraud — 1600 block of Binkley Farm Road, Clemmons. Unknown suspect defrauded subject out of money on PayPal and Facebook.
• Dec. 26 — Credit card/ATM fraud — 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Subject used card information of victim to make purchases.
• Dec. 26 — Dog bites and attacks — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Dog bit cyclist at Tanglewood.
• Dec. 26 — FCSO, police service, security check — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. ATM door unsecured.
• Dec. 26 — Paraphernalia, possessing/concealing equipment, resisting arrest, driving while license revoked/suspended — 100 block of southbound U.S. Hwy. 421/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Driver provided false information during a traffic stop.
• Dec. 26 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 9100 block of Concord Church Road, Lewisville. Subject stated her son took her vehicle.
• Dec. 26 — Dog bites and attacks — 9000 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Dog bite.
• Dec. 27 — Suspicious person — 2600 block of Neudorf Road, Clemmons. Subject found sleeping in tent across from Clemmons office.
• Dec. 27 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 6900 block of Village Medical Circle, Clemmons. Subject causing disturbance at hospital.
• Dec. 27 — Larceny from auto — 6200 block of Hackers Bend Court, Clemmons. Suspect stole catalytic converter from vehicle.
• Dec. 27 — Police service, assist agency — 4900 block of Hampton Road, Clemmons. Assisted SHP on traffic crash with possible DWI.
• Dec. 27 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 100 block of Fairhaven Court, Lewisville. Subject tried to order items from Walmart online.
• Dec. 28 — Trespassing — 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Subject returned to property after being told not to.
• Dec. 28 — Involuntary commitment, non-criminal detainment — 6900 block of Village Medical Circle, Clemmons. Involuntary commitment patient left hospital care before service.
• Dec. 29 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 5300 block of Moss Creek Lane, Clemmons. Woman received Facebook message from friend that turns out to be fraudulent.
• Dec. 29 — Discharging firearm — 1100 block of Hauser Road, Lewisville. Firearm was discharged from the roadway into the woods.
• Dec. 30 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect assaulted a nurse.
• Dec. 30 — Vandalism — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Rear window busted out of reporting party’s vehicle.
• Dec. 30 — Lost property — 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Subject lost wallet at grocery store.
• Dec. 30 — Dog bites and attacks — 900 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Animal bite.
• Dec. 30 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 200 block of Bradford Place Lane, Lewisville. Patrol car broken into and items taken.
• Dec. 31 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 100 block of Bradford Place Lane, Lewisville.
• Dec. 31 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 5300 block of Hidden Stream Drive, Lewisville.
• Dec. 31 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 200 block of Hackberry Court, Lewisville.
• Dec. 31 — Vandalism, discharging firearm, violation of city/county ordinance — 1400 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Firearm discharged into occupied dwelling.
• Jan. 1 — Vandalism — 8200 block of Kildare Street, Clemmons. Vehicles damaged with a cutting instrument.
• Jan. 1 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1600 block of Harper Spring Drive, Clemmons. Subject made unsupported claims of vehicles being stolen and his identity being used.
• Jan. 1 — Vandalism — 3500 block of Glenfield Lane, Clemmons. Subject damaged paint on car of victim.
• Jan. 1 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1000 block of Sequoia Drive, Lewisville. Subject reported communicating threats.
• Jan. 2 — Missing person — 4700 block of Country Boy Lane, Clemmons. Subject has been gone from residence and mother was worried.
