Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Feb. 7 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 5000 block of Thoroughbred Lane, Clemmons. Reporting party left car running and it was moved.

• Feb. 7 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student threatened to harm teacher.

• Feb. 7 — FCSO, all other offense, animal-related — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Aggressive animal.

• Feb. 7 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 100 block of southbound U.S. Hwy. 421/Scott Road, Lewisville. Subject struck patrol vehicle.

• Feb. 7 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 6500 block of La Grande Place Drive, Lewisville. Female making false statements about reporting party.

• Feb. 7 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6800 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Woman was trespassing at Food Lion.

• Feb. 8 — Breaking and entering with force, vandalism — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject broke glass front door and took products from inside.

• Feb. 8 — Receiving stolen property from another jurisdiction — 100 block of Autumn Oak Circle, Clemmons. Recovered license plate reported lost/stolen.

• Feb. 9 — Police service, assist agency — 3700 block of Harper Road, Clemmons. Assisted EMS with a combative patient.

• Feb. 9 — Harassing phone call — 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Manager claimed former employee was calling store non-stop.

• Feb. 9 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 6700 block of Forest Oak Drive, Clemmons. Reporting party stated possible sexual assault against child in Myrtle Beach.

• Feb. 9 — Police service, welfare check — 900 block of South Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Welfare check of employee.

• Feb. 9 — Drug violations — 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville Road/Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Passenger possessed marijuana.

• Feb. 9 — FCSO, all other offense, animal-related — 600 block of Misty Creek Road, Lewisville. Stray dog.

• Feb. 10 — Trespassing — 6900 block of Village Medical Circle, Clemmons. Suspect trespassed on hospital property.

• Feb. 10 — Larceny from building, automobile theft — 5900 block of King Charles Court, Clemmons. Guest in residence stole vehicle.

• Feb. 10 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 6300 block of Allegacy Way, Clemmons. Subject threatened to assault coworker.

• Feb. 10 — Vandalism — 6400 block of Sessions Court, Clemmons. Offender scratched victim’s car door.

• Feb. 10 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 6300 block of Allegacy Way, Clemmons. Subject assaulted co-worker.

• Feb. 10 — Larceny, all other — 8400 block of Meadow Vista Drive, Lewisville. Lumber stolen from construction site.

• Feb. 10 — Overdose — 1100 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Student overdosed on Hydroxyzine Pamoate.

• Feb. 10 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 200 block of Lakeway Drive, Lewisville. Subject stated she was not a victim of any fraudulent activity.

• Feb. 10 — Vandalism — 5800 block of Phillips Bridge Road, Lewisville. Juvenile vandalized neighbor’s pool.

• Feb. 11 — Overdose — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject overdosed on an illegal substance.

• Feb. 11 — FCSO, police service, welfare check — 9500 block of Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Family of male requested welfare check.

• Feb. 11 — Police service, welfare check — 1200 block of Forest Wood Drive, Lewisville. Subject called mother lost and on the ground.

• Feb. 12 — FCSO, police service, civil dispute — 200 block of Blackbird Court, Lewisville. Customer and service provider in dispute.

• Feb. 12 — Dog bites and attacks — 3500 block of Lawrence Street, Clemmons. Bite call.

• Feb. 12 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 6500 block of La Grande Place Drive, Lewisville. Argument escalates into assault.

• Feb. 12 — Counterfeiting, buying/receiving — 6800 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Counterfeit $100 bill used at Food Lion.

• Feb. 13 — Shoplifting — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender stole beer.

• Feb. 13 — Larceny, all other — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Offender stole ring and necklace from victim.

• Feb. 13 — Driving while impaired — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Off-duty alcohol law enforcement agent observed and called in a careless and reckless driver.
