The week everyone has been waiting for is almost here: spring break!
Not having a break since December, this one has been highly anticipated and very needed. Everyone is going to rest up next week to prepare for the final weeks of the 2021-2022 school year.
Tons of new articles are posted on the Titan newspaper, the Zephyr. From the UNC and Duke game to Wordle, there’s something for everyone.
Check it out at wfhszephyr.com.
Lacrosse is the spring football in the village. The girls and boys teams have a home game Friday against Davie. Girls start at 5:30 p.m. and boys at 7:15 p.m.
Come out and support the Titans.
Congratulations are in order to the cast of “Legally Blonde the Musical.” The show was a huge success with rave reviews from students and staff. This show took months to pull off and none of that time went to waste.
The Key Club hosted an event last Saturday, partnering with “Feed My Starving Children.” Volunteers for this event ended up packaging over 100,000 meals for children in Ukraine. This wouldn’t have been possible without our Key Club and of course, our volunteers.
Students in the class of 2022 must complete the Senior Exit survey. This is so the office can ensure final transcripts are sent to the correct college/university. Initial responses were submitted in February, yet responses can be updated using the same link. Fill out the survey at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdCAMnboi850HQ4DCi7gsmwl3zW2vJEfL9S4UyMT26J-z2FsA/viewform
I hope everyone has a fantastic spring break. Go Titans!
