It’s almost like you can smell summer on West Forsyth’s campus. With warm weather flooding the school, the urge to be outside is strong. But, the school year isn’t done just yet, so the Titans keep pushing on.
Seniors are looking at their next steps to further their education.
The WSFCS system is having an event for seniors who aren’t planning to attend a four-year university.
At this event, seniors who plan to attend local community colleges or plan to work in a trade will have the opportunity to speak with hiring managers from departments within the school system. The event will be on May 14, starting at 4:30 p.m.
To register, go to the WSFCS homepage.
Madison Spangler has been selected for April student of the month. Spangler is the SGA president and has been an active participant in many clubs since freshman year.
She was recognized at a sponsored breakfast with the Clemmons Rotary Club for her leadership as well as her academic success. Congratulations, Madison.
Another reminder to all seniors to complete the senior exit form by May 2. This will be used to determine where final transcripts should be sent.
Whether your after high-school plans consist of college, university, military or work, the senior form is mandatory. Find this form on the WFHS homepage.
Students and teachers are all feeling tired at this point in the school year.
Remember to be kind and understanding to all. Go, Titans!
