• May 2 — Police service, welfare check — 6900 block of Village Medical Circle, Clemmons. Welfare check on elderly male.

• May 2 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6000 block of Claudias Lane, Clemmons. Apartment complex staff thought child was home alone.

• May 2 — FCSO, service, information provided — 4500 block of Jasper Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Firearm negligently dropped, causing it to discharge.

• May 3 — Larceny from auto — 5800 block of Sir Knight Circle, Clemmons. Registration plate stolen from a vehicle.

• May 3 — Police service, welfare check — 4200 block of Limestone Court, Clemmons. Welfare check on elderly subject.

• May 3 — FCSO, police service, civil dispute — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Husband and wife involved in a civil dispute over funds.

• May 4 — Breaking and entering with force — 1600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject attempted to break into vacant house.

• May 4 — Larceny, all other — 6900 block of Hanesbrook Circle, Clemmons. Suspect stole Amazon packages.

• May 7 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Threats were communicated between staff and customers.

• May 7 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 3400 block of Tanglebrook Trail, Clemmons. Reporting party thought someone broke into his house.

• May 7 — Overdose — 5700 block of Kinney Road, Lewisville. Subject overdosed.

• May 7 — FCSO, use of force, involuntary commitment non-criminal detainment — 5700 block of Kinney Road, Lewisville. Subject involuntarily committed to Baptist Hospital.

• May 8 — Overdose — 1800 block of Pinehurst Drive, Lewisville. Female overdosed on pills.
