Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Oct. 10 — FCSO, police service, damage to county property — 6300 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Assigned vehicle damaged in carwash.

• Oct. 10 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject wanted money put back on her debit card.

• Oct. 10 — Drug violations, paraphernalia, possessing/concealing equipment, CCW-possession/concealing weapons — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road,/Southwest, Clemmons. Subject was in possession of concealed gun and marijuana.

• Oct. 10 — Trespassing — 200 block of Barnview Drive, Lewisville. Subject was trespassing in a gated community.

• Oct. 10 — Automobile theft — 1200 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Unknown suspect stole victim’s car.

• Oct. 10 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 700 block of Garden Terrace Lane, Lewisville. Unsecured vehicles were entered into and ransacked.

• Oct. 11 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 3500 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Reporting party stated his address and UPS tracking number used.

• Oct. 11 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student advised parent of drug usage at school.

• Oct. 11 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Subject sprayed in the face with pepper spray.

• Oct. 12 — All other offenses — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Gang tags spread across school campus.

• Oct. 12 — Shoplifting — 7300 block of Thoroughbred Lane, Clemmons. Subject exited store without paying for item.

• Oct. 12 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Offender made threat to victim.

• Oct. 12 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Customer threatened store clerk.

• Oct. 13 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 4700 block of Kinnamon Road, Clemmons. Verbal disturbance over the phone.

• Oct. 13 — Aggravated assault — 140 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject pointed gun at victim.

• Oct. 13 — FCSO, all other offense, animal related — 9700 block of Concord Church Court, Lewisville. Dog accidentally scratched owner’s cheek.

• Oct. 13 — Larceny, all other — 5000 block of Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Pills stolen from lunch box at work.

• Oct. 14 — Trouble with neighbor — 3300 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Neighbor complaining that car alarm went off in middle of night.

• Oct. 14 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Subject left his laptop and driver’s license inside the hotel room.

• Oct. 14 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 6300 block of Allegacy Way, Clemmons. Subject made vague statements wishing harm to her coworkers.

• Oct. 14 — Police service, welfare check — 5900 block of King Charles Court, Clemmons. Subject’s sister requested welfare check and he had not called her back.

• Oct. 14 — Driving while impaired, driving while license revoked/suspended-violation of auto law-all other — 6400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired.

• Oct. 14 — Larceny from auto — 200 block of Fox Ridge Circle, Lewisville. Backpack blower stolen from a pickup’s bed.

• Oct. 14 — FCSO, violation of auto law-operation violation — 7600 block of Sedgewick Ridge Road, Lewisville. Subject speeding down the roadway in a vehicle.

• Oct. 15 — Lost property — 5500 block of Moravian Heights Lane, Clemmons. Subject unable to locate wallet and contents.

• Oct. 15 — Paraphernalia, using/equipment, resisting arrest, FCSO, locate wanted person — 3600 block of Clemmons Road/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Wanted subject was located during investigation of an assault, subject was in possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Oct. 15 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 3800 block of Dillon Industrial Drive, Clemmons. Unwanted medicine obtained from medicine drop.

• Oct. 15 — Robbery — 6400 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Victims were robbed and assaulted in parking lot.

• Oct. 15 — FCSO, violation of auto law, operation violation — 1600 block of Hauser Road, Lewisville. Unknown subject(s) riding a dirt bike and ATV on roadway at high rate of speed.
