Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Aug. 7 — Driving while impaired, driving while license revoked/suspended — 1700 block of Southwest School Road, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired.

• Aug. 7 — Larceny from auto — 2600 block of Neudorf Road, Clemmons. Catalytic converter stolen.

• Aug. 7 — Vandalism — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Slashed vehicle tires.

• Aug. 7 — Threatening suicide — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject voluntarily commited herself.

• Aug. 7 — Larceny, all other — 1100 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Unknown subject took property of another.

• Aug. 7 — Police service, welfare check — 2800 block of Sawan Court, Clemmons. Ex-wife stated husband made self harm comments.

• Aug. 8 — Larceny, all other — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Phone lost from gas station.

• Aug. 8 — Runaway — 2200 block of Megan Circle, Clemmons. Subject left her house without her mother’s permission.

• Aug. 9 — FCSO police service, information provided — 100 block of Willow Trace Circle, Clemmons. Online demands from online girlfriend.

• Aug. 9 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 6900 block of Morgan Place Drive, Clemmons. Verbal argument with staff.

• Aug. 9 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 4800 block of Hearthstone Road, Clemmons. Neighbor threatened to fight neighbor.

• Aug. 9 — Overdose — 3300 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Subject overdosed on fentanyl.

• Aug. 9 — Counterfeiting, using, obtaining money by false pretense — 100 block of Lowes Foods Drive, Lewisville. Unknown subject used counterfeit bill.

• Aug. 9 — Trouble with neighbor — 1400 block of Brookway West Circle, Lewisville. Neighbor’s children being loud.

• Aug. 10 — Breaking and entering with force — 6800 block of Gray Moss Court, Clemmons. Subject(s) broke into a house through the smashed back window.

• Aug. 10 — Resisting arrest, driving while license revoked/suspended, FCSO violation of auto law-equipment violation — 6300 block of Cook Avenue/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject drove while suspended and delayed investigation by not providing ID.

• Aug. 10 — Trouble with juvenile — 5600 block of Luperville Drive, Clemmons. Verbal argument/child started breaking property.

• Aug. 10 — Weapon on school/educational property — 6200 block of Bingham Avenue, Clemmons. Subject brandished weapon after physical altercation.

• Aug. 10 — FCSO fleet vehicle accident — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect vehicle backed into officer’s vehicle inside construction zone.

• Aug. 10 — FCSO police service, information provided — 700 block of Woodview Ridge Trail, Lewisville. Subject received mail with his address but someone else’s name on it.

• Aug. 10 — Impersonation — 1500 block of Greenfield Estates Drive, Lewisville. Female contacted by individuals impersonating law enforcement officers.

• Aug. 10 — FCSO police service, information provided — 100 block of Ridgebury Court, Lewisville. Unknown subject left a Spanish dictionary and notes on reporting party’s doorstep.

• Aug. 11 — Obtaining money by false pretense, vandalism — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Subject fraud into breaking into a safe.

• Aug. 11 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 1400 block of King Charles Drive, Clemmons. Verbal argument between tenants.

• Aug. 11 — Breaking and entering without force — 6000 block of Gun Club Road, Clemmons. Subject entered conex boxes and removing tools.

• Aug. 11 — FCSO police service, information provided — 1000 block of Cresthaven Road, Lewisville. Information of possible sexual assault.

• Aug. 12 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Disturbance at Bojangles.

• Aug. 12 — Breaking and entering without force, vandalism — 8400 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. Subjects broke into a home and spray painted inside and rear exterior of the house.

• Aug. 12 — Police service, non-criminal for service — 6900 block of Bridgewood Road, Clemmons. Injured/sick animal.

• Aug. 12 — Larceny from person, pocket picking — 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. One suspect distracted victim while other suspect took wallet from her purse.

• Aug. 12 — CCW-possession/concealing weapons, receiving stolen auto from another jurisdiction, vehicle chase — 6400 block of Ferry View Lane, Lewisville. Vehicle fled from scene of burning tires, chase ensued, driver arrested.

• Aug. 13 — Breaking and entering with force, vandalism — 3800 block of Dillion Industrial Drive, Clemmons. Subjects attempted to break into multiple buildings at the baseball field complex.

• Aug. 13 — Larceny, all other, police service, 24-hour lock up — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject drunk in public.

• Aug. 13 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 6400 block of Sessions Court, Clemmons. Subject threatened to shoot victim.

• Aug. 13 — Drug violations, paraphernalia-possessing/concealing equipment, CCW-possession/concealing weapons — 1100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Marijuana, paraphernalia and firearm seized during license check.

• Aug. 13 — Drug violations, FCSO violations of auto law-operation violation — 1100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Small amount of marijuana located in vehicle.
