Hundreds of cyclists will come together for the 2023 Bike MS: Tour to Tanglewood on Sept. 23, 24 to find a cure for multiple sclerosis

CLEMMONS — On Sept. 23 and 24, 500 cyclists will hit the road for Bike MS: Tour to Tanglewood to raise awareness and funds to find a cure for multiple sclerosis.
The event is hosted by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Bike MS: Tour to Tanglewood invites companies, co-workers, neighbors, friends and family to team up for an extraordinary ride to make a difference in the lives of nearly 1 million people living with MS in the U.S.
Cyclists will have six route options on Saturday and Sunday. Routes include a century on Saturday and new mountain bike and family friendly routes on both days. Cyclist will be departing from Tanglewood Park and will experience fully stocked rest stops every 10 to 15 miles, bike mechanics, medical volunteers, and support and gear vehicles along the way.
Cyclists will cross the finish line in the afternoon at Tanglewood Park with cheers from teammates and spectators. On Saturday evening, cyclists, volunteers and supporters are invited to the Tanglewood Amphitheater for live musical entertainment, dinner and moments to honor why everyone is riding.
