CLEMMONS — The Clemmons Farmers Market will be back in season before we know it and with that the village is officially accepting vendor applications.

There will be an informational meeting on Saturday, Jan. 20, at 9 a.m. at Clemmons Village Hall for the 2024 season. Parking will be at the back of the building, and the meeting will take place in the council chambers. Village hall is located at 3715 Clemmons Road.

Attendance is not required to apply.

The Clemmons Farmers Market will run from May 11 through Sept. 28. It will be held on Saturdays from 8:30-11:30 a.m. at the Jerry Long Family YMCA, located at 1150 S Peace Haven Road in Clemmons. Some dates and times are changed based on other events. The entire schedule is listed on the website.

Please read the Rules and Regulations document in its entirety before applying.

Please do not submit any forms of payment until your application has been reviewed, and you have received notification of approval from staff.

Only homegrown or homemade products from vendors that reside and produce their goods within 50 miles of Clemmons are allowed. Vendors from other areas may be considered on a case-by-case basis. No buying and reselling of product or other products is allowed.

The market also does not allow resale of products or independent consultants/distributors for multi-level marketing company products.

The first round of applications will be reviewed by Jan. 30. The village’s goal is to notify all applicants who have submitted prior to Jan. 30 by Feb. 14.
