Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• April 15 — Communicating threats-intimidation, non-physical — 6300 block of Cephis Drive, Clemmons. Offender threatened victim over parking dispute.

• April 15 — FCSO police service, fraud — 8400 block of Curraghmore Court, Clemmons. Subject claiming to be with the Federal Trades Division tried to scam.

• April 16 — Suspicious vehicle — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspicious activity involving subjects in vehicle.

• April 16 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 3600 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Victim received threatening video on Facebook.

• April 16 — Dog bites and attacks — 6000 block of Hederow Circle, Clemmons. Victim was bitten by cat.

• April 16 — Dog bites and attacks — 4000 block of Beaver Brook Road, Clemmons. Dog bit victim.

• April 16 — Breaking and entering with force, vandalism — 100 block of Belnette Drive, Lewisville. Unknown subject pried open and broke basement door.

• April 17 — Lost property — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Health care administrator stated headphone missing.

• April 17 — Police service, welfare check — 3800 block of Tangle Oak Drive, Clemmons. Male with head trauma was seeing things.

• April 17 — Police service, assist agency — 3000 block of Harper Road/Upland Road, Clemmons. Impaired driver crashed vehicle.

• April 17 — Police service, assist agency — 4100 block of Arden Street, Clemmons. Deputy assisted NCSHP with hit and run.

• April 17 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 100 block of Tullyries Lane, Lewisville. Person reported problem with prescriptions.

• April 18 — FCSO harassment (non-criminal) — 100 block of Waddington Road, Clemmons. Neighbor sending emails slandered victim’s name.

• April 18 — FCSO locate wanted person — 2800 block of Middlebrook Drive/Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Located wanted offender with extradition.

• April 18 — Blackmail/extortion — 6800 block of Whitby Court, Clemmons. An unknown subject threatened to sell nude pictures of subject.

• April 18 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault, vandalism, disorderly conduct — 6200 block of Brewer Avenue, Clemmons. Subject assaulted deputy during sober-up transport.

• April 19 — FCSO all other offense, animal related — 5700 block of Marty Lane, Clemmons. Dog was injured and running at large.

• April 18 — Driving while impaired — 800 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Suspicious vehicle turned into DWI investigation.

• April 18 — Trouble with neighbor — 900 block of Loblolly Drive, Lewisville. Subject had dispute over parking.

• April 19 — Auto-breaking and larceny vandalism — 100 block of Willow Trace Court, Clemmons. Unknown suspect(s) broke into motor vehicle.

• April 19 — Larceny from auto — 6300 block of Clemmons Point Drive, Clemmons. Converter cut off business truck.

• April 19 — Trespassing — 4700 block of Cooper Road, Clemmons. Subject was asked to leave the property.

• April 19 — Aggravated assault — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Gun pointed in road rage incident.

• April 19 — Dog bites and attacks — 3500 block of Lawrence Street, Clemmons. Dog bit victim while euthanasia was being administered.

• April 19 — FCSO domestic disturbance — 2900 block of Cameron Village Court, Clemmons. Both parties involved arguing.

• April 19 — Driving while impaired — 6700 block of Village Point Lake Drive, Clemmons. Suspect was driving while impaired.

• April 19 — Lost/stolen license plate — 1000 block of Cresthaven Road, Lewisville. Subject’s temporary tag was lost/stolen off his vehicle.

• April 19 — FCSO police service, information provided — 1200 block of Meadowgate Lane, Lewisville. Mother advised her son is autistic.

• April 20 — Suspicious vehicle — 6300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Semi-conscious subject was slumping down in vehicle.

• April 21 — Driving while impaired — 1100 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired on alcohol.

• April 21 — Aggravated assault — 3300 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Male assaulted other male during argument.
