Shallowford Presbyterian Church will offer “Come, O Holy Spirit!” a Jazz Service at 10:30 a.m. on Pentecost Sunday, May 19.

Pastor Nathan Peifer will lead the service, which includes communion, hymns, gospel songs, and spirituals for congregation and choir.

Guest musicians will be Diana Tuffin, vocalist, and the Muddy River New Orleans Traditional Jazz Band: Larry Carman, drums; Wiley Porter, banjo; Jay Lineberry, trumpet; Steve Griggs, helicon, and Dave Reid, clarinet. A fellowship lunch will follow the service.  1200 Lewisville-Clemmons Road near the Lewisville-Clemmons Exit (242) of US 421 North, next to Kaplan’s.
