• May 13 — Dog bite and attacks — 3600 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Dog bites during dog fight.
• May 13 — Violation of city/county ordinance — 3800 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Illegal fire in the village.
• May 13 — Police service, welfare check — 100 block of Bradford Place Lane, Lewisville. Person requested welfare check on co-worker.
• May 13 — FCSO harassment (non-criminal) — 8100 block of Concord Church Road, Lewisville. Individual sending messages about wreck.
• May 14 — FCSO police service, fraud — 1500 block of Langdon Village Drive, Clemmons. Scammer over phone impersonating Spectrum employee.
• May 14 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6900 block of Hanesbrook Circle, Clemmons. Vehicle towed by request of Clemmons.
• May 14 — Shoplifting — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect filled cart with groceries and pushed it out of store without paying.
• May 14 — Auto-breaking and larceny, credit card/ATM fraud — 6400 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Person reported purse stolen from vehicle.
• May 15 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 2300 block of McKinnon Court, Clemmons. Civil dispute escalated to assault.

• May 19 — Lost property — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Man lost his wallet at Tobacco store.
