Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• July 30 — Shoplifting — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown suspect stole lunch meat.

• July 30 — Resisting arrest, FCSO locate wanted person — 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Suspect falsely identified herself.

• July 30 — Overdose — 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Female overdosed on prescription medications.

• July 30 — Larceny-all other, automobile theft — 5600 block of Phelps Farm Road, Clemmons. Subject stole work truck and work tools from job site after being fired.

• July 30 — Breaking and entering with force, vandalism — 500 block of Ketner Road, Lewisville. House broken into overnight.

• July 30 — Simple assault, non-criminal assault — 5800 block of Kinney Road, Lewisville.  Victim alleged an assault.

• July 30 — Communicating threats-intimidation, non-physical — 6800 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Unknown male yelled at motorist in parking lot.

• July 31 — Overdose — 4400 block of Driftwood Drive, Clemmons. Dog bite to neighbor.

• July 31 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 5400 block of Moravian Heights Lane, Clemmons. Meet from chat room.

• July 31 — Shoplifting — 3600 Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Females stuffed a purse with make-up items.

• July 31 — FCSO police service, fraud — 6100 block of Frye Bridge Road, Clemmons. Man called, claiming to be from Davidson County Sheriff’s Office.

• July 31 — Involuntary commitment, non-criminal detainment — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Female committed after entering traffic.

• July 31 — Auto-breaking and larceny, vandalism — 100 block of Willow Trace Circle, Clemmons. Subject entered vehicle committing larceny.

• July 31 — Trespassing — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Manager requests person trespassed from Walmart.

• Aug. 1 — FCSO police service, information provided — 6100 block of Hanes Way, Clemmons. Resident concerned she was being watched.

• Aug. 1 — Auto-breaking and larceny, vandalism — 6900 block of Hanesbrook Circle, Clemmons. Owner’s vehicle window was broken.

• Aug. 1 — Drug violations, driving while impaired — 6200 block of Hamptonburg Road, Clemmons. Suspect under influence of and possessing illegal drugs.

• Aug. 1 — Aggravated assault, 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject threw a knife at the victim the engaging in combat.

• Aug. 1 — Counterfeiting possession/concealing — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Reporting party received counterfeit $100 bill.

• Aug. 1 — CCW-possession/concealing weapons — 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was carrying concealed gun.

• Aug. 1 — FCSO police service-fraud — 3600 block of Harper Road, Clemmons. Wells Fargo reported possible fraud.

• Aug. 1 — Automobile theft — 5700 block of Kinney Road, Lewisville. Woman let brother-in-law borrow car and it went missing.

• Aug. 2 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 6800 block of Hanesbrook Circle, Clemmons. Subject’s car broken into and items stolen.

• Aug. 2 — Shoplifting — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect stole from store.

• Aug. 2 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 6400 block of Ferry View Lane, Lewisville. Disturbance over a dog.

• Aug. 3 — FCSO police service-fraud — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject believed he was scammed on Ebay.

• Aug. 3 — Animal cruelty — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect left dog in a vehicle.

• Aug. 3 — Vandalism — 100 block of Old Spring Court, Clemmons. Subject shot victim’s house with pellet gun.

• Aug. 3 — Aggravated assault — 2200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect points gun during road rage incident.

• Aug. 3 — Involuntary commitment, non-criminal detainment — 1700 block of Lakefield Drive, Clemmons. Subject with gun related incident committed via involuntary commitment process.

• Aug. 3 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 6300 block of Cephis Drive, Clemmons. Subject’s back window was busted out and items were stolen.

• Aug. 3 — FCSO police service, information provided — 1200 block of Briarmede Road, Lewisville. Neighbor’s tree fell on car.

• Aug. 4 — Police service, welfare check — 1400 block of Downington Road, Clemmons. Elderly male walked away from home.

• Aug. 4 — Missing person — 6000 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Subject walked away from home.

• Aug. 4 — Violation of auto law-all other — 100 block of westbound I-40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Male drove with revoked license, knowing it was in state of revocation.

• Aug. 4 — Police service, welfare check — 6000 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Special-needs person walked away from home.
