Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.
• Sept. 2 — FCSO police service-information provided — 6000 block of Claudias Lane, Clemmons. Female calling about a strange odor.
• Sept. 2 — Lost property — 6400 block of Sessions Court, Clemmons. Subject lost his wallet but location lost was unknown.
• Sept. 2 — Shoplifting — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject took items without paying.
• Sept. 2 — Police service, welfare check — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Female called to report abuse in another jurisdiction.
• Sept. 2 — Breaking and entering with force, vandalism — 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject forced door to gain entry into business to commit larceny.
• Sept. 2 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Man willingly gave money to female.
• Sept. 3 — FCSO police service, information provided — 2100 block of Waterford Village Drive, Clemmons. Subject felt someone hacked her cellphone.
• Sept. 3 — Fraud, all other — 1700 block of Spring Path Trail, Clemmons. Lost debit card at unknown location and transactions were made.
• Sept. 3 — Larceny, all other — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Woman stole purse.
• Sept. 3 — Larceny, all other — 6200 block of Cook Avenue, Clemmons. Male subject had a bicycle stolen.
• Sept. 3 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 5400 block of Loop Road, Clemmons. Subject was assaulted after becoming confrontational with a homeowner.
• Sept. 4 — Aggravated assault, person shot — 6400 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Argument led to shooting.
• Sept. 4 — Communicating threats intimidation, non-physical — 1700 block of Harper Spring Drive, Clemmons. A threat was communicated during a civil dispute.
• Sept. 4 — Larceny from building — 6300 block of Jessie Lane, Clemmons. Suspect stole helmet from bar.
• Sept. 4 — Missing person — 500 block of Westbend School Road, Lewisville. Male subject got lost in the woods.
• Sept. 4 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Graffiti with racial slur.
• Sept. 5 — Larceny, all other — 4000 block of Craver Land Road, Clemmons. Subject stated that property was moved.
• Sept. 5 — FCSO police service, civil dispute — 5400 block of Misty Hill Circle, Clemmons. Subject reported landscaping company hit his fence.
• Sept. 5 — Police service, welfare check — 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Caller advised they did not believe a female subject should be driving.
• Sept. 5 — Drug violations, paraphernalia-using/equipment, FCSO violation of auto law-equipment violation — 2200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Deputy found marijuana during traffic stop.
• Sept. 6 — Simple assault, non-aggravate assault — 6000 block of Gun Club Road, Clemmons. Subject struck victim with hands.
• Sept. 6 — Police service, assist agency — 3600 block of Middlebrook Drive/Richland Court, Clemmons. Female wrecked car on purpose.
• Sept. 6 — Police service, assist agency — 4600 block of Kinnamon Road, Clemmons. Single-vehicle fatal crash.

• Sept. 8 — Involuntary commitment, non-criminal detainment — 1800 block of Pinehurst Drive, Lewisville. Daughter had a mental crisis.
