Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Sept. 23 — Shoplifting — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Sept. 23 — Trouble with neighbor — 6500 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Neighbor reported neighbor knocking on wall.

• Sept. 23 — Suspicious person — 4800 block of Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville.

• Sept. 23 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 700 block of Grinnell Street, Lewisville. Wife reported husband missing who came home during call.

• Sept. 24 — Automobile theft — 3900 block of Bingham Circle, Clemmons. Subject’s moped was stolen.

• Sept. 24 — Automobile theft — 6700 block of Elm Hill Drive, Clemmons. Wheelchair stolen from sidewalk.

• Sept. 24 — FCSO police service, information provided — 1700 block of Lakefield Drive, Clemmons. Subject reported he believed another subject was a drug dealer.

• Sept. 24 — Blackmail/extortion — 100 block of Doublegate Court, Clemmons. Stranger sent victim an email trying to extort money.

• Sept. 24 — Driving while impaired — 5500 block of Marty Lane/Oak Creek Circle, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired.

• Sept. 24 — FCSO police service, fraud — 8500 block of Brook Meadow Lane, Lewisville. Received email from subject wanting money.

• Sept. 24 — Possessing/concealing stolen property, paraphernalia-possessing/concealing equipment — 4800 block of Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Suspect was located with stolen moped.

• Sept. 25 — Vandalism — 7300 block of Thoroughbred Lane, Clemmons. Fence was cut to gain entry but no entry was made.

• Sept. 25 — Suspicious vehicle — 6700 block of River Center Drive, Clemmons. Suspicious vehicle in business parking lot.

• Sept. 25 — Indecent exposure — 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Male defecated in public parking lot.

• Sept. 25 — FCSO police service, information provided — 6400 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Subject asked to leave several times.

• Sept. 26 — FCSO police service, information provided — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Resident wanted to leave nursing home.

• Sept. 26 — Shoplifting — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown subjects took items without paying for them.

• Sept. 26 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 100 block of Western Villa Drive, Clemmons. Verbal argument over damage to vehicle.

• Sept. 26 — Involuntary commitment, non-criminal detainment — 700 block of Reynolds Road, Lewisville. Female threatened to commit suicide.

• Sept. 26 — Dog bites and attacks — 1000 block of Wellesley Place Drive, Lewisville. Animal bite.

• Sept. 26 — Involuntary commitment, non-criminal detainment — 1100 block of Oakencroft Court, Lewisville. Male got out of control when a family member showed up.

• Sept. 26 — FCSO locate missing person — 1100 block of Oakencroft Court, Lewisville. Missing person located.

• Sept. 27 — Found property — 6300 block of Cook Avenue, Clemmons. Cell phone found.

• Sept. 27 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Subject accused Domino’s of taking her money.

• Sept. 27 — Resisting arrest, overdose — 5700 block of Marty Lane, Clemmons. Suspect provided a false name to avoid arrest.

• Sept. 27 — Police service, welfare check — 6100 block of Chamberlain Place, Clemmons. Woman claimed someone had been shot appeared to be mentally ill.

• Sept. 28 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Subject lost his vehicle and deputies found it.

• Sept. 28 — Forcible rape — 6300 block of Jessie Lane, Clemmons. Female reported being drugged and raped.

• Sept. 28 — FCSO police service, civil dispute — 6300 block of Cook Avenue, Clemmons. Subjects had civil dispute.

• Sept. 28 — FCSO police service, information provided — 6400 block of Sessons Court, Clemmons. Former employee allegedly threatened employer.

• Sept. 28 — Vandalism — 3500 block of Stancliff Road, Clemmons. Window was hit by a BB.

• Sept. 28 — Shoplifting, trespassing — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Female stole beverages from Lowes Foods.

• Sept. 29 — Breaking and entering with force — 4200 block of Manor House Circle, Clemmons. House break-in of rental home.

• Sept. 29 — FCSO police service, information provided — 1100 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Staff wanted officer to know about an issue with an ex employee.

• Sept. 29 — Suspicious person — 7500 block of Divaldi Street, Lewisville. Subject stated she came to the residence to get money.
