Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.
• Oct. 21 — FCSO police service-fraud — 7100 block of Mitch Place Court, Clemmons. Subject sent gift cards in hopes of receiving cash value.
• Oct. 21 — Involuntary commitment non-criminal detainment — 7500 block of Maidwood Court, Clemmons. Man had mental breakdown.
• Oct. 21 — Suspicious vehicle — 2200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspicious vehicle in parking lot.
• Oct. 21 — Suspicious person — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two suspected of checking door handles in the parking lot of Lowes Food.
• Oct. 21 — Police service, attempt suicide — 4200 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Female appeared to have attempted suicide.
• Oct. 21 — Shoplifting — 100 block of Lowes Food Drive, Lewisville. Suspect stole cases of beer.
• Oct. 22 — FCSO police service, civil dispute — 3700 block of Littlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Homeowner disagreed with tree service worker.
• Oct. 22 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6200 block of Bingham Avenue, Clemmons. Realtor claimed that a neighbor was trying to deter people from buying a house.
• Oct. 22 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 1800 block of Ammons Drive, Clemmons. Neighbor threatened neighbor following a vehicle collision.
• Oct. 22 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Subject opened vehicle door.
• Oct. 22 — FCSO police service, information provided — 6100 block of Chamberlain Place, Clemmons. Missing checkbook.
• Oct. 23 — Police service, welfare check — 6000 block of Claudis Lane, Clemmons. Welfare check on male after making alarming comments on MyChart.
• Oct. 23 — Aggravated assault, vandalism — 100 block of eastbound I-40, Clemmons. Road rage incident on I-40.
• Oct. 23 — Trespassing — 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Business trespass center due to pictures taken.
• Oct. 23 — FCSO police service, information provided — 3400 block of Gentry Lane, Clemmons. Female wished to report inappropriate behaviors.
• Oct. 24 — All other fraud — 200 block of River Oaks Court, Clemmons. Scam texts attempted to take money from elderly female.
• Oct. 24 — FCSO police service, civil dispute — 2300 block of McKinnon Court, Clemmons. Dispute between landlord and tenant.
• Oct. 24 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 3600 block of Spangenberg Avenue, Clemmons. Female left her residence and had not been back.
• Oct. 24 — Police service, welfare check — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Patient requested assistance.
• Oct. 25 — Police service, welfare check — 6000 block of Claudia Lane, Clemmons. Welfare check on a male having medical issues.
• Oct. 25 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 6300 block of Duel Drive, Clemmons. Two male subjects pushed each other after an argument.
• Oct. 25 — Breaking and entering without force — 6700 block of Greenbrook Drive Clemmons. Unknown suspect entered home and stole items.
• Oct. 25 — FCSO police service, information provided — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Resident claimed negligence at nursing home.
• Oct. 25 — FCSO police service, information provided — 6100 block of Chamberlain Place, Clemmons. Male received explicit photos of ex-wife.
• Oct. 26 — Drug violations, paraphernalia-possessing/concealing equipment — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Traffic stop yielded drug violations.
• Oct. 27 — Police service, welfare check — 600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Caller said his fiancé was talking out of his head.
• Oct. 27 — Suspicious vehicle — 100 block of Hayword Industrial Drive, Clemmons. Suspicious vehicle located in parking lot of closed facility.
• Oct. 27 — Larceny, all other — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect took money that victim left at self-checkout machine.
• Oct. 27 — Drug violations — 1800 block of Ellision Creek Road, Lewisville. Drug violation upon warrant service.
