Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Dec. 9 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 7600 block of Peggy Drive, Clemmons. Subject posted personal information online.

• Dec. 9 — Rabies exposure — 4100 block of Arden Street, Clemmons. Rabies investigation.

• Dec. 10 — Police service, welfare check — 3300 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Elderly female showing signs of dementia.

• Dec. 10 — Lost/stolen license place — 5600 block of Spencer Farm Road, Clemmons. Lady found her vehicle without a license plate.

• Dec. 10 — Shoplifting — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Subject loaded a shopping cart and left the store without paying.

• Dec. 10 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6900 block of Village Medical Circle, Clemmons.  

• Dec. 10 — Trespassing — 1600 block of Southwest School Road, Clemmons. Employee asked to leave property.

• Dec. 11 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Female was threatened by male over parking spot.

• Dec. 11 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Verbal disturbance caused by terminated employee.

• Dec. 11 — Received stolen auto from another jurisdiction — 3600 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Recovered stolen vehicle.

• Dec. 11 — Driving while impaired, violation of auto law-all other — 800 block of Grinnell Street, Lewisville. Suspect was found in running vehicle while impaired.

• Dec. 11 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 200 block of Scott Road, Lewisville. Assisted vehicle on property.

• Dec. 12 — Impersonation — 4500 block of Carriagebrook Court, Clemmons. Victim sent money to person impersonating law enforcement officer.

• Dec. 12 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 200 block of Northtrail Road, Clemmons. Windows busted on vehicle.

• Dec. 13 — Other drug violation — 1800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject possessed marijuana for the purposes of sell and delivery.

• Dec. 13 — Lost/stolen license plate — 8700 block of Willowmede Drive, Lewisville. Reporting party stated their tag was missing from vehicle.

• Dec. 13 — Missing person — 700 block of Big Tree Drive, Lewisville. Female fled from family while being transported to the hospital.

• Dec. 14 — Found property — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Marty Lane, Clemmons. Subject found item in the road.

• Dec. 14 — Communicating threats-intimidation, non-physical — 3600 block of Spangenberg Avenue, Clemmons. Threats made during noise complaint.

• Dec. 14 — Larceny, all other — 6500 block of Pegram Farm Road, Lewisville. Unknown individual took package from bottom of steps of apartment.

• Dec. 15 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 6300 block of Arden Circle, Clemmons. Disturbance over living situation.
