Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

Jan. 6 — Lost property — 1100 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Reported headphones were missing after exercise at the YMCA.

Jan. 6 — FCSO police service, information provided — 1000 block of Kelwyn Lane, Lewisville. Individual posing as Lt. Little.

Jan. 7 — FCSO police service, fraud — 6800 block of Rollingwood Drive, Clemmons. Mailed credit card to unknown subject.

Jan. 7 — Police service, welfare check — 700 block of Styers Ferry Trail, Clemmons. Welfare check.

Jan. 7 — Animal cruelty — 700 block of Styers Ferry Trail, Clemmons. Dogs on property living in poor conditions and running at large.

Jan. 7 — FCSO fleet vehicle accident — 100 block of northbound U.S. Hwy. 421/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Fire extinguisher hit by FCSO vehicle.

Jan. 7 — FCSO police service, information provided — 600 block of Ketner Road, Lewisville. Subject called in a welfare check on her children.

Jan. 7 — Breaking and entering with force — 8000 block of Deverow Court, Lewisville. Items stolen during breaking and entering.

Jan. 8 — 50-B order violation — 4800 block of Bent Ridge Lane, Clemmons. Text message sent from ex-girlfriend with 50-B in place.

Jan. 8 — Threatening suicide — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject sought help after suicidal thoughts.

Jan. 8 — Driving while impaired — 100 block of Stadium Oaks Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle collision with one driver impaired.

Jan. 8 — FCSO locate missing person — 600 block of Trinity Place Court, Lewisville. Missing person from Ashe County located in Forsyth County.

Jan. 9 — Drug violations, paraphernalia-possessing/concealing equipment — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Marijuana and pipe located during traffic stop.

Jan. 9 — Shoplifting — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Shoplifting suspect located during traffic stop.

Jan. 9 — Larceny, all other — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Subject grabbed beer and ran out of store.

Jan. 9 — FCSO police service, fraud — 500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Reporting party deposited fraudulent check.

Jan. 9 — Driving while impaired, FCSO violation of auto law-operation violation — 5700 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Subject was driving while impaired.  

Jan. 10 — Driving while impaired — 6100 block of Stadium Dr./Stadium Ridge Court, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired on alcohol.

Jan. 10 — FCSO domestic disturbance — 6200 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Girl and ex-boyfriend arguing over possession of cell phone. 

Jan. 11 — FCSO police service, fraud — 8200 block of Rivermont Drive, Clemmons. Attempted check fraud in Raleigh.

Jan. 11 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Phone accidentally picked up from bar.
