Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Dec. 21 — hit and run accident, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Accident in parking lot with damage of $1,000.

• Dec. 21 — traffic accident, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damage of $200 to one vehicle/

• Dec. 21 — traffic accident, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $8,000 and $5,000.

• Dec. 21 — traffic accident, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,500 and $1,800.

• Dec. 21 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 1400 block of River Ridge Road, Clemmons. Suspect assaulted the victim by punching at a restaurant.

• Dec. 21 — suspicious person, 1000 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Dawnlea Drive, Lewisville. Juvenile snuck out of house to meet friends.

• Dec. 22 — suspicious person, 3800 block of Old Rosebud Court, Clemmons. Three subjects were knocking on doors at 3 a.m. in the morning.

• Dec. 22 — police service-welfare check, 6300 block of Armsburg Road, Clemmons. Elderly subject was standing on neighbor’s porch.

• Dec. 22 — autobreaking and larceny, 6800 block of Hanesbrook Court, Clemmons. Suspect stole watch valued at $300 from victim’s unlocked door.

• Dec. 22 — shoplifting, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect took items from Lowes Foods, $523.67 worth of items were recovered.

• Dec. 23 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Resident assaulted another resident at a medical facility.

• Dec. 23 — involuntary commitment, 300 block of Shallowford Road Lane, Lewisville. Subject was taken to the hospital under IVC order.

• Dec. 24 — larceny, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown suspect took victim’s phone from a shopping cart.

• Dec. 24 — fleet vehicle accident, 6800 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Driver struck an unoccupied parked county vehicle.

• Dec. 25 — misdemeanor breaking and entering, 7900 block of Concord Church Road, Lewisville. Unknown suspect broke into the attic through and exterior vent at Liberty Restaurant. Damage to siding of $150.

• Dec. 25 — drug violations, 6300 block of Stadium Drive/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Methamphetamine and paraphernalia were seized pursuant to a traffic stop.

• Dec. 25 — larceny from building, 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Resident left with a victim’s walker.

• Dec. 25 — drug violations, 6300 block of Cook Avenue/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect possessed marijuana and paraphernalia.

• Dec. 25 — missing person, 8300 block of Cheval Street, Clemmons. A reported missing person was found next door.

• Dec. 25 — transporting tax paid liquor, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender possessed an open container of alcohol.

• Dec. 25 — police service-fraud, 100 block of Cramerton Court, Lewisville. Individual used reporting person’s Playstation account to make purchases.

• Dec. 26 — police service-non criminal call for service, 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Person reporting called to report a subject missing, however, he was never missing.

• Dec. 27 — police service-fraud, 7000 block of Idols Road, Clemmons. Reporting party received threatening mail.

• Dec. 27 — traffic accident, 100 block of Harper Road/EB 40, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,000 and $2,000.

• Dec. 27 — traffic accident, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,500 and $2,000.

• Dec. 27 — larceny/vandalism, 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Suspect damaged property in a room at the Village Inn.

• Dec. 27 — paraphernalia possession, 4500 block of Clover Drive/Clementine Drive, Clemmons. Subject possessed paraphernalia during a traffic stop.

• Dec. 27 — found property, 7400 block of Fair Oaks Drive, Clemmons. Reporting person located property at a medical facility and reported.

• Dec. 27 — trespassing, 5800 block of Sunny Ridge Trail, Clemmons. Suspect trespassed while residents were not at home.

• Dec. 28 — vandalism, 7900 block of Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Unknown subjects damaged field with a vehicle.

• Dec. 28 — resisting arrest, 900 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Subject took belongings without consent and refused to return them.

• Dec. 29 — police service-non criminal call for service, 6300 block of Brewer Avenue, Clemmons. Female believed that someone was trying to kill her.

• Dec. 29 — drug violations/suspicious vehicle, 8800 block of Center Grove Church Road, Clemmons. Suspicious vehicle was left on the side of the road with marijuana inside.

• Dec. 29 — police service-information provided, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Caller believed that someone was following him home.

• Dec. 30 — suspicious vehicle, 6300 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Suspicious vehicle was in the parking lot of a business.

• Dec. 30 — threatening suicide, 7500 block of Peggy Drive, Clemmons. Son reported that his mom was threatening suicide.

• Dec. 30 — driving while impaired, 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was driving vehicle while impaired.

• Dec. 30 — transporting tax paid liquor, 100 block of Northbound 421/Williams Road, Lewisville. Passenger possessed an open container in the vehicle.

• Dec. 30 — abandoned vehicle, 300 block of Conrad Road, Lewisville. A parked and unoccupied vehicle missing a tag was located on Conrad Road.
