Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• May 13 — found property, 100 block of Westbound 40/Harper Road, Clemmons. Marijuana found on the highway.

• May 13 — impersonation, 1500 block of Lewisburg Point Drive, Clemmons. Subject reported individual claiming to be law enforcement

• May 13 — non criminal call for service, 5000 block of Thoroughbred Lane, Clemmons. Female reported that a neighbor had a sign on the door.

• May 13 — traffic accident, 4400 block of Hampton Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $5,000 and $4,000.

• May 13 — located wanted person, 6300 block of Idols Road, Clemmons. NCIC wanted offender was located at a traffic stop.

• May 13 — vandalism, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspects removed toilet from ground and then clogged the pipe at West Forsyth High School.

• May 13 — suspicious person, 6700 block of Forest Oak Drive, Clemmons. Suspicious male seen on property.

• May 13 — traffic accident, 1800 Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $800 and $500.

• May 13 — alarm/open door, 100 block of Bickerstaff Road, Clemmons. Residential alarm and open garage door.

• May 13 — non-criminal call for service, 7600 block of Sedgewick Ridge Road, Lewisville. Homeowner reported items being left in mailbox and property.

• May 13 — trouble with neighbor, 1000 block of Sequoia Drive, Lewisville. Neighbors were arguing over grass clippings.

• May 13 — shoplifting, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect took assorted meats from Lowes Foods without paying. Assorted meats were valued at $79.47.

• May 14 — autobreaking and larceny, 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Unknown suspect(s) punched locks and stole items from work trucks at Boyd Utility Boring. Value of stolen items was $3,270.

• May 14 — fraud, 1500 block of Lewisburg Pointe Drive, Clemmons. Fraudulent activity was found on a bank card.

• May 14 — traffic accident, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Amp Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $1,200 and $2,500.

• May 14 — traffic accident, 2700 block of Lewisville Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,000 and $1,000.

• May 14 — house breaking with force, 5900 block of Immanuel Road, Clemmons. Unknown suspect broke into victim’s residence.

• May 14 — traffic accident, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $5,500 and $4,000.

• May 14 — larceny, 7100 block of Mitch Place Court, Clemmons. Suspect took victim’s property and ran.

• May 14 — vandalism, 1600 block of Bla Mor Lane, Lewisville. Juveniles damaged a new driveway.

• May 14 — drug violations, 1400 block of Shangri-la Drive, Lewisville. Offender was found in possession of marijuana.

• May 14 — found property, 7900 block of Grapevine Road, Lewsiville. Subject found white unknown substance in a desk drawer.

• May 15 — drug violations, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Drugs discovered in suspect’s vehicle.

• May 15 — larceny from building, 1500 block of Langdon Village Drive, Clemmons. Female took TVs from residence after an overnight stay with a total stolen value of $500.

• May 15 — shoplifting, 1400 River Ridge Road, Clemmons. Suspects stole medication from Walgreens valued at $79.96.

• May 15 — traffic accident, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $1,000 and $300.

• May 15 — suspicious person, 100 block of Pebble Run Court, Clemmons. Reporting person saw a suspicious person.

• May 15 — paraphernalia possession, 5700 block of Southwest Acres Drive, Clemmons. Suspect possessed drug paraphernalia.

• May 15 — welfare check, 6000 block of Village Point Lake Drive, Clemmons. Reporting person was concerned about a young girl’s welfare.

• May 15 — police service-information provided, 7500 block of Riverview Knoll Court, Clemmons. Subject received a call from a stranger.

• May 16 — civil dispute, 200 block of Lakeway Drive, Lewisville. Subject called in reference to property he left with another individual.

• May 16 — threatening suicide, 7800 block of Beech Forest Road, Lewisville. Message sent to daughter of the caller threatening suicide.

• May 17 — police service-information provided, 1100 block of South Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Family believes staff is failing to care for residents at a medical facility.

• May 18 — disturbance/non criminal, 700 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Argument regarding cleaning up dog feces from the ground.

• May 19 — police service-assist agency, 4600 block of Cooper Road, Clemmons. Subject was deceased after motorcycle crash.

• May 19 — police service-information provided, 4200 block of Gardenspring Drive, Clemmons. Subject received scam test message.

• May 19 — larceny, 1100 block of South Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Suspects took cellphones from lockers with a total stolen value of $650.

• May 19 — suspicious vehicle, 5300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Individual saw a vehicle stop and individual open a mailbox.
