Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.
• Sept. 2 — stolen car from another jurisdiction, 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Westbound I-40. Stolen vehicle eluded a traffic stop.
• Sept. 2 — welfare check, 6700 block of Brook Stone Court, Clemmons. Check on a reported suicidal subject.
• Sept. 2 — police service-non criminal call for service, 6200 block of Stadium Drive/Stadium Oaks Drive, Clemmons. Seized ammunition from a wanted person.
• Sept. 3 — breaking and entering with force, 7000 block of Braeburn Place Lane, Clemmons. Unknown suspect broke into a trailer at a construction site.
• Sept. 3 — breaking and entering without force, 7000 block of Braeburn Place Lane, Clemmons. Unknown subject broke into a house under construction and stole several items.
• Sept. 3 — possessing/concealing stolen property, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Located a stolen registration plate during a traffic stop.
• Sept. 3 — traffic accident, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Three-vehicle accident with damages totaling $4,500.
• Sept. 3 — traffic accident, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $4,000 and $1,000.
• Sept. 3 — traffic accident, 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $8,000 and $3,500.
• Sept. 3 — police service-attempted suicide, 100 block of Matt James Court, Lewisville. Reporting person called 911 because she thought her friend was going to hurt herself.
• Sept. 4 — welfare check, 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Welfare check on a possible suicidal person.
• Sept. 4 — suspicious vehicle, 6100 Sunny Brook Drive, Clemmons. Suspicious vehicle found parked in neighborhood.
• Sept. 4 — violation of auto law, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Marty Lane, Clemmons. Subject arrested after attempting to flee from traffic stop. Cleared for arrest, Alexander Larry Fennell was charged with speeding to elude arrest.
• Sept. 4 — suspicious person, 7800 block of Fair Bluff Drive, Lewisville. Unknown subject approached the front door of a residence.
• Sept. 5 — communicating threats/resisting arrest, 1300 block of Big Tree Court, Lewisville. Intoxicated roommate made threats towards guests. Cleared for arrest, Timothy Mark Korolll was charged with communicating threats.
• Sept. 5 — indecent exposure, 6400 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Subject was masturbating behind a business.
• Sept. 5 — non-criminal call for service, 5300 block of Hidden Stream Drive, Lewisville. Juveniles suspected of carrying a pistol.
• Sept. 6 — breaking and entering with force, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. A Cleaner World was broken into.
• Sept. 6 — communicating threats/disorderly conduct/resisting arrest, 6200 block of Towncenter Drive, Clemmons. Intoxicated subject caused a disturbance with a deputy. Cleared for arrest, Joseph Tyriq Rasheen Watson was charged with communicating threats.
• Sept. 6 — fraud, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unwanted credit card use was reported.
• Sept. 6 — found property, 5300 block of Nestleway Drive, Clemmons. Reporting person found a license plate in her front yard.
• Sept. 6 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Victim was slapped in the face.
• Sept. 7 — fraud, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Woman was tricked into giving money.
• Sept. 7 — death investigation, 7500 block of Divaldi Street, Lewisville. Subject found deceased in bed.
• Sept. 7 — death investigation, 7600 block of Grapevine Road, Lewisville. Subject found deceased in residence.
• Sept. 8 — police service-non criminal call for service, 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Resident was drinking alcohol on property.
• Sept. 8 — lost property, 100 block of Westbound 40/Harper Road, Clemmons. Items valued at $124 fell out of a car window.
• Sept. 8 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 7000 block of Idols Road, Clemmons. Resident of a group home alleged that she was slapped by caretaker.
