Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.
• Oct. 7 — police service-non criminal call for service, 3700 block of Harper Road, Clemmons. Facility administrator requested that a subject be banned from property.
• Oct. 7 — traffic accident, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,800 and $2,500.
• Oct. 7 — violation of city/county ordinance, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect set fire to woods, violating a Clemmons City ordinance.
• Oct. 7 — police service-information provided, 100 block of Styers Street, Lewisville. Subject requested a deputy to inquire about mail sent to a previous address.
• Oct. 8 — police service-non criminal call for service, 100 block of Lucy Lane, Lewisville. Female was concerned about how subject was driving in school parking lot.
• Oct. 9 — traffic accident, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with $4,500 damage to one vehicle.
• Oct. 9 — suspicious person, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Suspicious customers likely stole items.
• Oct. 9 — shoplifting, 1400 block of River Ridge Road, Clemmons. Suspects stole items valued at $42.50 from Dollar General.
• Oct. 9 — traffic accident, 100 block of Village Haven Circle, Clemmons. One-vehicle accident with damages of $61,500 damage to car and home.
• Oct. 9 — shoplifting, 1400 block of River Ridge Road, Clemmons. Women grabbed a pack of toilet paper from outside the Dollar General and left.
• Oct. 9 — 2500 Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject caused a public disturbance.
• Oct. 9 — automobile theft, 9300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Subject stole a Honda four-wheeler valued at $1,800.
• Oct. 9 — trespassing, 100 block of Lucy Lane, Lewisville. Subjects entered school property after hours.
• Oct. 10 — blackmail/extortion, 3500 block of Lawrence Street, Clemmons. Unknown subject requested bitcoin payment to keep business information private.
• Oct. 10 — traffic accident, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,000 and $2,000.
• Oct. 10 — police service-fraud, 6700 block of Forest Oak Drive, Clemmons. Subject was requesting money from the reporting person.
• Oct. 10 — traffic accident, 7000 Whitby Avenue, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $8,000 and $300.
• Oct. 10 — overdose, 900 block of Cotinus Court, Lewisville. Subject took unknown substance and became unconscious.
• Oct. 10 — trouble with juvenile, 200 block of Bradford Place Lane, Lewisville. Juvenile skipped school and went home with a friend.
• Oct. 11 — traffic accident, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,500 and $2,000.
• Oct. 11 — traffic accident, 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $8,000 and $4,500.
• Oct. 11 — disturbance/non-criminal, 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two subjects got into an argument over dog gate.
• Oct. 11 — trouble with juvenile, 800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Subject attempted to abandon bike in the woods.
• Oct. 12 — Police service-non criminal call for service, 3800 block of Dillon Industrial Drive, Clemmons. Medicine drop.
• Oct. 12 — found property, 6200 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Reporting party located a bicycle on property.
• Oct. 12 — shoplifting, 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Offender place items in shopping cart at Publix and left without paying.
• Oct. 13 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Unknown suspects assaulted victims.
• Oct. 13 — suspicious person, 5700 block of Marty Lane, Clemmons. Homeless subject soliciting help in the neighborhood.
• Oct. 13 — autobreaking and larceny, 1100 block of South Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Suspect/s broke window to vehicle and stole a purse. Value of stolen items was $295.
• Oct. 13 — threatening suicide, 7000 block of Glenhaven Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Reporting person’s daughter threatened suicide.
• Oct. 13 — locate wanted person, 900 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Located wanted male subject. Cleared for arrest, was Donald Ray Terry was charged on a fugitive warrant.
• Oct. 13 — police service-assist agency, 100 block of Southbound 421/Williams Road Ramp, Lewisville. Assisted the N.C. Highway Patrol with a vehicle incident until they took over the scene.
• Oct. 13 — police service-assist agency, 300 block of Lewisville Trails Road/Williams Road. Assisted the N.C. Highway Patrol with a DWI.
•Oct. 13 — threatening suicide, 100 block of Brightstar Lane, Lewisville. Female made statements to end her life in the presence of an officer.
