Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Aug. 11 — Dog bites and attacks, 3500 block of Lawrence St., Clemmons. Dog bite.

• Aug. 11 — Rabies exposure, 3500 block of Lawrence St., Clemmons. Rabies exposure.

• Aug. 11 — Impersonation, 1100 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Subject impersonated an law enforcement officer.

• Aug. 11 — All other offense — animal related, 1700 block of Springfield Village Ct., Clemmons. Stray dog on property.

• Aug. 11 — Disturbance/non-criminal, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subjects were in a disturbance.

• Aug. 11 — Autobreaking and larceny automobile theft, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown suspect stole victim’s moped.

• Aug. 11 — Shoplifting, 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender stole razor at Walgreens.

• Aug. 11 — Police service-assist agency, 1400 block of S. Peace Haven Road/Lasater Road. Assisted Highway Patrol on an intoxicated driver.

• Aug. 12 — Domestic disturbance, 4000 block of Whirlaway Ct., Clemmons. Verbal argument between mother and daughter.

• Aug. 12 — Receiving stolen auto from another jurisdiction, 4100 block of Clemmons Road. Located a stolen vehicle.

• Aug. 12 — Traffic accident, 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road.

• Aug. 12 — Communicating threats — intimidation, non-physical, 6400 block of Sessions Ct., Clemmons. Ex-employee used social media to make a threat after being fired.

• Aug. 12 — Shoplifting, 1400 block of River Ridge Dr., Clemmons. Suspect stole items from a store.

• Aug. 12 — Communicating threats-intimidation, non-physical, 6200 block of Towncenter Dr., Clemmons. Female posting threats on Facebook.

• Aug. 12 — Shoplifting, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Person stole merchandise from store.

• Aug. 13 — Rabies exposure, 2400 block of Harper Road, Clemmons.  Unvaccinated dog attacked by skunk.

• Aug. 13 — Trespassing, 6300 block of Allegacy Way, Clemmons. Suspect refused to leave the restaurant upon request.

• Aug. 13 — Possessing/concealing stolen property, drug violations, paraphernalia — possessing/concealing equipment, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect possessed drugs, paraphernalia and stolen property.

• Aug. 13 — Larceny — all other, 9700 block of Ellis Road, Clemmons. Offenders trespassed on victim’s property and stole camera.

• Aug. 13 — Driving while impaired, violation of auto law-operation violation, driving while license revoked/suspended, 6600 block of Gentry Cr., Clemmons. Driver was operating vehicle while impaired.

• Aug. 13 — Aggravated assault, 100 block of northbound U.S. Hwy. 421/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, northbound U.S. Hwy. 421. Subject ran into victims vehicle intentionally and punched his window.

• Aug. 13 — Traffic accident, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Aug. 14 — Runaway, 3300 block of Cook Place Dr., Clemmons. Juvenile ran away again.

• Aug. 14 — Receiving stolen auto from another jurisdiction, receiving stolen property for another jurisdiction, 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.  Located stolen vehicle in church parking lot.

• Aug. 14 — Police service-fraud, 300 block of Slater Road, Lewisville. Subject applied for unemployment.

• Aug. 14 — Police service, non-criminal call for service, 7700 block of Grapevine Road, Lewisville. Dispatch deer.

• Aug. 14 — Obtaining money by false pretense, 6300 block of Amp Dr., Clemmons. Victim offered assistance cashing check by suspect who then stole check.

• Aug. 14 — Violation of city/county ordinance — animal related, 8200 block of Lake Ridge Dr., Clemmons. Neighbor’s pigs running at large on reporting party’s property.

• Aug. 15 — Aggravated assault, 7100 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Suspect threw concrete block at vehicle.

• Aug. 15 — Autobreaking and larceny, larceny-all other, 700 block of Chockecherry Ct., Lewisville. Suspect entered unlocked vehicle and took items.

• Aug. 15 — Police service-information provided, 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject reported issues with eBay gift card.

• Aug. 15 — Drug violations, paraphernalia-possessing/concealing equipment, 3100 block of Gammon Ln., Clemmons. Offender was found asleep with heroin in his lap.

• Aug. 15 — Police service-welfare check, 1600 block of Harper Spring Dr., Clemmons. Father requesting welfare check on child.

• Aug. 16 — Involuntary commitment-non criminal detainment, 5800 block of Frye Bridge Road, Clemmons. Subject threatened suicide.

• Aug. 16 — Trouble with neighbor, 7300 block of Franklin Road, Lewisville. Neighbors had argument.

• Aug. 17 — All other offense-animal related, 9300 block of Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Horse must be seen by a vet due to condition.

• Aug. 17 — Police service, non-criminal call for service, 200 block of Riverwood Dr./Heatherford Dr. Caller wished to file a traffic complaint.   

• Aug. 17 — Violation of city/county ordinance — firearm related, 7600 block of Grapevine Road, Lewisville. Spent shell casings found on roadway.
